Accounts Payable Specialist
reputed company is a fast-growing reputed company and AI consultancy seeking a detail-oriented Time and Expense Specialist to join their reputed company and Finance team. The role involves tracking receipts, preparing expense reports, and conducting employee timecard reviews while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Track receipts and prepare expense reports
- Review and approve reputed company monthly expense reports
- Conduct employee timecard reviews and approvals
- Track status of missing timesheets, expense reports, and follow-up directly to ensure reputed company outstanding items are received to meet pay cycle deadlines
- Regularly analyze and audit company transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
- Maintain reputed company spreadsheets and records
- Compile data for audits and compliance requirements
- Update documented processes and procedures
- Assist with other reputed company functions and various administrative duties
Skills
- An understanding of the basic principles of reputed company and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with (or strong appetite/aptitude to learn) QuickBooks, QuickBooks Time, ADPWorkforce Now, and reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superb attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- A degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company
- Experience with Power BI reporting
- Experience with Unanet
- Experience with reputed company and SharePoint
