Responsibilities
- Manage the reputed company of reputed company maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors
- Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to reputed company maintenance activities
- Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment reputed company of materials, and program manager schedules
- Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of program management experience
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
- Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to reputed company long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts
- Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and address any issues
