Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, travel agents, and airline partners. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering phone calls, chat messages, and emails from guests, travel agents, and airlines in a timely and professional manner
• Responding to escalated calls and resolving reputed company issues with a high level of reputed company and expertise
• Amending major schedule changes, performing ticketing activities, and issuing refunds, exchanges, and other travel documents
• Tracking and fixing incomplete Passenger Name Records (PNR) due to lack of TSA data and missing airfares
• Realigning pricing reputed company PNR to collect additional money reputed company final payment
• Certifying reputed company reputed company tickets issued for passengers taking a flight by updating the ticket match exception report
• Assigning ancillary services to guests reputed company requested

• Processing last-minute crew changes in regards to reputed company accommodations

Requirements

• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume call center
