What You'll Be Doing
As a Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 2 years experience
in a customer service-reputed company position, with a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude: Ability to reputed company addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy
- Technical aptitude: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures: Familiarity with various insurance products preferred
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework: Preferred but not required
- High School Diploma: Required; some college-level coursework preferred
- Internet requirements: Minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, with the ability to support a VPN
