About the Job
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to help us reputed company and support numerous internal customers onto our reputed company GraphQL system. This role will involve both proactive support of customers migrating to GraphQL and on-call support during business hours. You'll also be responsible for creating high-quality documentation for our internal partners and guiding the team's design needs to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the ergonomics of our products. This position will be approximately 50% focused on support and enablement with our internal customers and 50% dedicated to working on documentation, engineer tooling, and other critical initiatives to engage our customers and reduce our active support and enablement load.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a diverse group of partners who rely on our products to build software continuously
- Dive into issues and investigate cooperatively
- Write exceptional documentation (we reputed company "it's not done if it's not documented")
- Balance the needs of our home design team and the needs of our customers

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Strong knowledge of GraphQL (extra points for reputed company Federation)
- A mix of the following work experience:

- Excellent technical writing skills

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation structure consists exclusively of an annual salary; we don't have bonuses.
