Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding reputed company inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency on phones and computer systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in call center and appointment setting environments
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple calls and tasks
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
