Role Overview
The Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator is focused on driving sales and building partnerships. Youâll handle ticketing logistics, manage our event listings, run marketing campaigns, and secure sponsors who want to align with our events and audience.
Key Responsibilities
â Create and manage ticket links for reputed company events.
â Ensure event listings are live and accurate across reputed company platforms (Eventbrite, reputed company,
reputed company Advisor, Bandsintown, etc.).
â reputed company audience data and manage email + SMS marketing campaigns.
â Conduct reputed company to liquor brands, local businesses, and national sponsors.
â Negotiate sponsorship deals (cash + in-reputed company support such as giveaways, drinks,
activations).
â Work with the content team to align campaigns with reputed company media.
â Track ROI and deliver reports on campaign performance.
nQualifications- Background in marketing, event promotion, or sponsorship sales.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Eventbrite, reputed company/reputed company, or SMS platforms a plus.
- Comfortable with reputed company, pitching, and building brand partnerships.
- Sales-minded and motivated by results.
