Manager, Paid Search (SEM)

About the position We are seeking a talented Paid Search (SEM) Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem solving and client management skills, a firm grasp on marketing fundamentals, prior team management experience, a proven track record of reputed company with relationship building, and be an expert in paid search marketing with working knowledge of paid reputed company and other media. reputed company is investing significantly in AI. The Paid Search (SEM) Manager will be required to wear many hats and roll up their sleeves often. Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal development for new and existing clients
• Manage and delegate roles and responsibilities and tasks to reputed company of 2-3 strategists and associates and maintain high standards for quality work
• reputed company, catalog and reputed company AI prompts for routine work
• reputed company AI agents for advanced workflows and reputed company feedback to AI agent owners aimed at process improvements
• Ensure that the “reputed company Approach” is followed by the team
• Function as a strategic expert on the team to help guide both clients and the client services team
• Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that reputed company work is delivered in a timely manner levering status reports, hours tracking and project management software
• Manage clients and ensure satisfaction
• Conduct keyword research, reputed company listening, analysis/insights/recommendations
• Conduct inventory assessments and development budget allocation recommendations
• Structure and setup campaigns
• Paid search campaign management

• Participate in PRC reviews for pharmaceutical clients
• Manage paid media campaigns
• Demonstrates value against reputed company initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or reputed company field
• 3-5 years of experience managing paid search campaigns
• Must have Fortune 500 or prior big agency experience
• Expertise in developing AI prompts for business applications
• Willingness to reputed company AI to automate or enhance most workflows
• Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong presentation skills (reputed company & In-Person)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
