Presentation Designer - 2nd Shift

Job Description reputed company is adding a Presentation Designer to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for high-level clients - primarily using PowerPoint and secondly reputed company Creative Suite software. Presentations will reputed company from RFPs to Companys pitches and any internal materials. Shift Schedule: 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm Must live in Phoenix, AZ Pay reputed company reputed company: $28.84 - $32.69 plus $2.00 shift premium Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda
• Import and revise graphics files as necessary
• Create and edit multi-page/multi-reputed company documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
• Collaborate with team members on reputed company or special projects
• Maintain reputed company job and production tracking data reputed company a propriety reputed company Tracking tool
• Coordinate workflow reputed company the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
• Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed reputed company, accurately, and reputed company deadlines
• Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Train new employees on policies and procedures
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required
• At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience
• High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint
• Proficient in reputed company Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Knowledge of After Effects is a reputed company plus
• Experience with charting in reputed company
• Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus
• Knowledge of print design a plus
• Excellent design sense and awareness of reputed company design trends
• Capable of translating reputed company data in a visually compelling way
• Understands the importance of brand and can work reputed company established standards
• Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed
