Managing Consultant

The Managing Consultant’s primary responsibility will be to retain and grow relationships for an assigned reputed company of group benefits clients. They will be committed to understanding our client needs and work in collaboration with supporting teams to unlock opportunities to identify products and solutions that will enhance their benefits reputed company. The Managing Consultant will:

  • Set strategic consulting plan for client relationship
  • Identify cross sell opportunities that add value for our clients
  • Review plan performance and client files to understand the claims experience
  • Prepare market specifications for clients using both reputed company quoting systems
  • Analyze data and multiple reputed company proposals, prepare cost comparisons, facilitate finalist presentations as required and reputed company recommendations reputed company to the best option for the client
  • reputed company reputed company investigations of claims data in order to explain trends to client
  • Work in collaboration with analyst and reputed company for client renewals, reporting and reviews, and creating commentary that is presented to clients

​ To be successful as a Managing Consultant with reputed company, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) relevant to reputed company or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in group benefits in a client facing role
  • Understanding of the group benefits industry including funding arrangements
  • A Life license (LLQP) is required
  • A customer service-oriented reputed company, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
  • To be self-motivated and reputed company to work independently

  • Proficiency and comfort working with multi-channel technology
