Senior Legal Counsel (Remote) — Global IT Company My name is Mila Read and I specialise in reputed company in‑house lawyers for Technology companies. I am working with a global technology business, whose EMEA team is hiring a German‑speaking counsel. I have reputed company the team for 8 years and wholeheartedly recommend them. My client is seeking a committed, creative, and commercially minded lawyer to join their EMEA Legal team supporting Sales activities in Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate legal agreements for reputed company transactions with major B2B customers in Germany and Switzerland, in line with business strategy, internal policies, and standard practices. This includes working with both company and customer templates for product sales, software licensing, and services agreements, adapting terms to local legal requirements as needed.
• Advise on and negotiate data protection, privacy, and reputed company reputed company in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor and business partner to Sales leadership, Finance, and Government Affairs.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives as a legal subject‑matter expert.
• Deliver legal training and presentations on compliance and regulatory topics.

Requirements

• reputed company in English and German (if you reputed company French, this would be beneficial)
• At least 5+ years (but preferably 8+) of experience in reputed company and corporate law, gained at a leading reputed company or reputed company an international company.
• Strong experience negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements including knowledge of technology reputed company, including software licensing, services, reputed company/SaaS, IP, and data protection.
• Sound judgment in advising on legal and regulatory reputed company in an international business environment.
