Job Summary To manage and strengthen relationships with regulatory and government bodies, ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, WHO-GMP standards for plants and warehouses in the assigned region, and reputed company Corporate reputed company Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that align with organizational goals and create a positive reputed company impact.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relations (CR)

• Regulatory Liaison: Manage corporate relations with FDA.
• Liaise with CDSCO Eastern Zone Office and FSSAI Zonal Office.
• Compliance & Licensing: Handle requirements for Sikkim Plant including reputed company 29 NOCs, Export NOCs, WHO inspections, and other regulatory approvals.
• Ensure timely issuance of COPPs for export products.
• Warehouse & Distribution Support: Support licensing and inspections for warehouse operations as required.
• Regulatory Issue Management: Attend FDA notices from various government offices and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies; negotiate and secure timely approvals by following up daily on licensing requirements.

Corporate reputed company Responsibility (CSR)

• CSR Strategy & Implementation: reputed company and execute CSR initiatives in alignment with company policies and community needs.
• Identify and manage projects focused on education, health, environment, and reputed company development in the region.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to statutory CSR requirements under Companies Act and other applicable regulations; prepare and submit CSR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with NGOs, local authorities, and community leaders to implement CSR programs effectively; monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities and recommend improvements.

Key Challenges

• Managing unpredictability in government officers availability and timelines.
• Handling senior-level government interactions and ensuring timely approvals.
• Driving impactful CSR initiatives reputed company regulatory and budgetary constraints.

Job Scope Internal Interactions (reputed company the organization) IRA, Plant Sikkim, CSR Committee External Interactions (reputed company the organization)

• Government bodies: Drug Inspectors, FDA Commissioners, CDSCO officials.
• NGOs, local community organizations, and reputed company development agencies.

Job Requirements Educational Qualification M.Pharm (additional certification in CSR or sustainability is a plus). reputed company (Functional & Behavioural)

• In-depth understanding of regulatory bodies: DCGI, CDSCO, FDA, FSSAI, Ministry of Health.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations reputed company to licensing and compliance.
• Familiarity with WHO-GMP standards.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement CSR programs effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
