• 5+ years of corporate in-house experience
• Prior experience with a broad reputed company of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing reputed company reputed company and managing corporate entities

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time reputed company.
