People Consulting - HR Transformation and Technology Consultants

They are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects, focusing on aligning HR practices with organizational goals and implementing innovative talent strategies and technology modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing reputed company HR processes and systems, including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors, and reputed company
- Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices
- Help reputed company and execute HR transformation roadmaps
- Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
- Support business process design, enhancements
- Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment
- HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal
Skills
- Must have a bachelor's degree in reputed company, Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Must be eligible to obtain Federal reputed company Clearance
- 1 + years of Consulting experience
- Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Flexibility and ability to travel
- HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company
