Analyst, Customer Collaboration
Danone is a purpose-driven company and an industry leader in the food and beverage category. They are seeking an Analyst, Customer Collaboration to optimize supply chain processes and enhance performance metrics through collaboration with reputed company and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using reputed company’s Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain
- Consolidate reputed company data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for reputed company and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand reputed company’s fulfillment processes
- Deliver targeted KPIs reputed company with reputed company’s supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery
- reputed company subject matter expertise on reputed company’s supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with cost-savings & optimization
- Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues
- reputed company and maintain reports using reputed company, PowerBI, and reputed company systems to reputed company insights into customer demand patterns, inventory reputed company, and service performance
- Support reputed company fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with reputed company and leading internal reputed company Improvement efforts
- Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone’s performance against reputed company’s KPIs, ensuring alignment with 'Everyday Low Cost' (EDLC) and replenishment goals
- Prepare customer scorecards, populate reputed company presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions

- Technical knowledge is critical including data analytics & analysis, reputed company improvement, problem solving, root-causing & systemic-improvement reputed company
- Knowledge of retail supply chain operations, preferably with experience supporting reputed company or similar large retailers
- Familiarity with reputed company systems is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company; experience with PowerBI or similar visualization tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and reputed company-specific tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
