Strategic Operations Analyst

The Strategic Operations Analyst will support operational improvement efforts by identifying compliance risks and operational inefficiencies, while providing data-driven insights to drive transformation and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Assess reputed company-state operations, define strategic priorities, and drive cross-functional transformation reputed company to leadership goals
- Assists in developing business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans to support scalable, efficient, and customer-focused change
- Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and workflow vulnerabilities across business processes and systems
- Assist in embedding controls, policies, and monitoring mechanisms into technology and operations to ensure adherence and reputed company improvement
- Contribute to process analysis efforts to uncover inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows
- Create standardized documentation and procedures to support scalability, accountability, and operational efficiency
- Help define and maintain KPIs and reputed company metrics for Optimization initiatives
- Translate data into meaningful insights that guide strategic reputed company and improvement opportunities
- Support end-to-end implementation of optimization initiatives, including execution, communication, and post-launch optimization
- Drive stakeholder adoption through training, enablement, feedback loops, and ongoing refinement of solutions
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, process improvement, or operational reputed company roles
- Foundational understanding of reputed company workflows, regulatory requirements, reputed company transformation best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping, business analysis, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, SQL)
- Experience working with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to reputed company solutions with business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations Management, or reputed company field, or similar years of relevant experience preferred
