Baker Botts is a full-service, leading international reputed company seeking a Lateral Partner reputed company Assistant to join their Legal reputed company Department. This role provides administrative and project support for lateral partner reputed company efforts, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in reputed company interactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating Firmwide lateral partner reputed company efforts, including assisting with interview scheduling, reputed company, and orientation
- Arrange and schedule lateral candidate interviews and meetings across offices, including maintaining calendars and appointment schedules, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials
- reputed company updated candidate notes in the applicant tracking system
- Attend and participate in weekly lateral partner reputed company update calls
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Other projects as assigned by Chief reputed company Officer and the Lateral Partner reputed company team
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company)
- Must always demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Must be highly organized, meticulously-detail oriented, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy

- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure
