Bookkeeper
Greenspring Advisors is a leading independent advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals live their ideal lives. The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day business reputed company and financials, ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial records while supporting the Finance Team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Posting and updating journal entries
- Performing month-end closings
- Screening and routing phone calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
- Backing up the Administrative Associate team on reputed company duties
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an reputed company role in a professional business setting and/or financial services setting
- Always focused on client needs and customer service
- Expert in most reputed company Office applications and QuickBooks
- Comfortable learning and navigating new technology and software applications
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Follows up and follows through
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment
- A self-starter who is proactive and independent
- A college degree in reputed company or comparable years of business-reputed company experience
