The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales growth by building customer relationships, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales process while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reputed company out to potential customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product lines, including machine control systems, construction tools, and reputed company equipment to effectively assist customers with their needs
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and reputed company, coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Relationship Building: reputed company and maintain long-term relationships with costumes to drive repeat business and customer loyalty

Skills

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years proven experience in an inside sales role, construction equipment or reputed company industry experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving reputed company with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or reputed company field
  • Motivated and results driven
  • Customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Eager to learn and grow reputed company the company
  • Hybrid role: Can work remotely; be available to work from Raleigh office on occasion
