Research Associate

The Research Associate will work with research teams to produce independent research on governance and compensation, focusing on analyzing proposals and providing voting recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Review meeting materials disclosed by publicly listed companies (e.g. annual report, notice of meeting)
- Analyze information with regards to corporate governance and compensation practices
- Summarize meeting proposals and reputed company voting recommendations based on best practice
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Strong analytical research skills (emphasis on qualitative analysis)
