The role involves configuring benefit plans, performing data analysis, and communicating effectively with clients and management to ensure successful implementation and integration of systems.
Responsibilities
- Ability to understand and follow direction provided in configuration documentation
- Configure client sites, including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text, and documents
- Data import design and implementation
- Data analysis and audit (often from various sources)
- Communicate and reputed company with management and clients, professionally and accurately
- Design, implement and produce reports providing summary and audit details
- Integrate My Benefit reputed company™ and client systems, including data migration and assessing system compatibility
- Ability to constantly reputed company reputed company integration strategy to ensure efficiency
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
