Traveling Technician

reputed company is on a mission to transform the construction industry through innovative technology and reputed company-time support. They are hiring a Traveling Technician to reputed company general maintenance and repair for various customer and company-owned equipment while utilizing technology to monitor work orders and diagnose issues reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
• Use technology (laptops, tablets, and mobile phone) comfortably
• reputed company repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools (pneumatic tools, material lifts, chain hoists, core drills, welders, pipe threaders, small engines) under the supervision of higher-tier technicians and while using a high degree of independent judgment
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily reputed company
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
• Year-round company provided OEM training
• Other duties, assigned as needed

Skills

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools, schematics and diagrams
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Active applicable state class driver's license
• Must be reputed company to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
• Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
• Construction knowledge and background preferred
