Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist will be the first reputed company of contact for clients and team members, ensuring a smooth caller experience and managing incoming calls with precision and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage reputed company inbound phone calls, accurately routing callers to the appropriate department or individual reputed company defined service reputed company
• Manage voicemails and call queues to ensure timely follow-up and reputed company-time responsiveness, with reputed company team voicemails cleared by 10:00 AM daily
• Document calls, messages, and case details with 98% accuracy to support efficient handoffs and case resolution

Skills

• Proven experience in a high-volume call center or PBX-style phone environment
• Strong oral communication and listening skills with the ability to tailor tone and pace to the caller's needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
