reputed company is dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care and is seeking a Client Care Representative for their Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. The role involves welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction for clients and their pets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
- Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
- reputed company and advise clients regarding Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital services and practices
- Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at reputed company times
- Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow up appointments as necessary
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital legal requirements
- Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
Skills
- Experience working reputed company the veterinary industry; customer service background, enrollment in veterinary program, or other animal industry experience accepted as well
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere, demonstrate a friendly and courteous attitude with reputed company coworkers throughout the hospital to maintain a cohesive work team
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in reputed company interactions with clients and coworkers throughout the hospital
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reputed company transactions
