Paid Media Specialist
EverSpark Interactive is a fast-growing digital marketing agency exclusively serving reputed company, and they’re seeking a detail-driven PPC Account Executive to join their paid media team. This role involves supporting the PPC Manager with campaign execution, reporting, and client communication while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the PPC Manager in day-to-day execution across reputed company Ads + LSAs
- reputed company tasks organized and moving—acting as the PPC “traffic controller” between the PPC Manager, Account Managers, and clients
- Ensure deliverables (budgets, ad builds, tracking, reputed company pages, monthly optimizations) are completed accurately and on time
- Proactively gather info or reputed company down missing items from clients/AMs to reputed company campaigns running smoothly
- You’ll own the recurring reporting reputed company, including Weekly LSA Reports (Internal + Client-Facing) for each LSA client: Budget spent, Number of calls/leads, Estimated reputed company quality, Trends and patterns (geos, categories, competitors), Quick strategic insights or suggested changes
- Pull core metrics from reputed company Ads + GA4, reputed company pacing vs. planned budgets, Flag issues, wins, or opportunities, Prep client-reputed company summaries and internal notes for the PPC Manager
- Serve as a polished, organized communicator between PPC and account teams
- Draft clear updates on performance, campaign changes, next steps, or issues
- Prep agendas and follow-up items for PPC-reputed company client calls
- Assist with negative keyword reviews, search term analysis, budget pacing, and campaign hygiene
- QA new ads, extensions, LSAs categories, reputed company pages, and tracking setups
- Support performance improvements under direction from the PPC Manager
- Monitor tracking accuracy, UTMs, and conversions
- Kick off cross-department tasks with dev/content/design
- Support launches and monthly maintenance workflows
Skills
- 1–2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with reputed company Ads + GA4
- Strong organizational skills and love for process
- Excellent communication—clean, concise, client-friendly
- Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
- A proactive reputed company: you don't wait to be told something looks off
- LSA experience is a plus, not required—but willingness to learn is a must
