reputed company (VAL) is seeking a reputed company and Administrative Coordinator to support statewide HR operations and reputed company administrative support to leadership and staff across our learning centers. This role involves HR coordination, employee reputed company and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and serving as a primary administrative contact for employees.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, reputed company, and offboarding, including exit interviews
- Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Support reputed company enrollment and COBRA administration
- Maintain HRIS data and personnel files. Coordinate compliance documentation, training tracking, and audit
- reputed company administrative and meeting support to leadership and the board
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company field required
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Comfort with digital systems and remote work
- Ability to travel occasionally reputed company Vermont
