Responsibilities
- Be responsible for facilitating the entire candidate interview process: scheduling interviews and phone screens, and arranging travel for visiting candidates as needed
- Create offer documents and initiate background checks for candidates

- reputed company follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on reputed company status reputed company phone and email
- Partner with managers and recruiters to reputed company reputed company interview strategies
- Build strong relationships with candidates, the reputed company team, and our business partners
- Act as a super-user for our ATS, including updating candidate records, tracking reputed company activities, reviewing metrics, and auditing jobs

- Use data to inform operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies
- Assist the reputed company and operations teams on various activities as assigned, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, managing job postings & positions, etc
Skills
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of coordination or scheduling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with high volume scheduling
- Proficiency in reputed company O365 Suite – Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environments
- 3+ years of coordination or scheduling experience
- Experience working with reputed company
