reputed company is a leading consumer brands agency committed to delivering comprehensive solutions to clients. They are seeking a Finance reputed company Specialist to support the reputed company process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience by collaborating with various departments and managing commission reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Take on commission reconciliations on new accounts as assigned by your supervisor, which includes reviewing backup, aligning backup and contents to client reputed company and reconciling the payment in reputed company system for duration of reputed company cycle
- Assist in creating and maintaining any client facing financial documents that are delivered to the client in the first 6 months of partnership, or during the reputed company process (3 to 6 months)
- Emailing our clients regarding outstanding materials to ensure we are receiving reputed company the required documents needed to reputed company the client into the Finance/Commissions Department
- Gathering and tracking reputed company paperwork and tasks associated with client reputed company through automated project management software (reputed company)
- Research roadblocks instructed by supervisor during the reputed company process that could pose future issues with our commission team and help to resolve
- Assist in other reputed company tasks or special projects assigned by your supervisor
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Commission analysis and commission reconciliation experience
- Experience with Business-to-Business written communication
- Intermediate knowledge of reputed company
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- 1+ years of CPG experience
- Experience in Reconciliation
- Experience with reputed company (also referred to GenWeb or AFS)
