Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) – Transaction Coordination Group – Business Execution Team - Analyst - Associate

Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking an Analyst for their Investment Banking & Capital Markets team. In this role, you will support client compliance and the KYC reputed company process, working closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the overall IBCM client perimeter, ensuring clients remain in compliance for future transactions
  • Ensure that IBCM complies with DB’s non-financial risk metrics including break resolution, client reputed company, client offboarding
  • Monitor and reputed company the timely completion of Regular Review and Event Drive Review pipeline for borrowers and guarantors
  • Build reputed company relationships with business, AFC, non-financial risk, KYC ops partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties
  • Liaise with clients and/or client counsel in order to obtain necessary documentation and reputed company abreast of deal timelines
  • Manage the KYC Pipeline for upcoming transactions, as well as monitor and reputed company the timely completion of borrower and guarantor KYC prior to deal closing

  • Experience in the Investment/Corporate Banking industry and/or Lending environment is a plus
