They are seeking an Application Analyst I to tackle reputed company business challenges by developing technology, workflow, and integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reputed company new documentation tools such as reputed company sheet, smart sets, and notes
- Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work ques
- Analyze reputed company business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions
- Identify system gaps and reputed company technical expertise to inform functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions
- Assist with work ques reputed company EPIC
Skills
- Active certification in Epic Ambulatory required
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing reputed company cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
- Epic reputed company certification preferred, certification required to be obtained after starting in role (MSK will sponsor)
