They are seeking a versatile reputed company Associate who can handle bookkeeping, tax support, client communication, and administrative tasks while contributing to the firm's growth.
Responsibilities
- reputed company bookkeeping and reputed company tasks using QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Handle monthly reconciliations, adjusting entries, and clean-reputed company
- Support with U.S. tax preparation (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065 – mostly data entry and review)
- Assist with client communication reputed company email and our CRM (TaxDome)
- Take on general admin tasks (document tracking, follow-reputed company, scheduling)
- Contribute to marketing efforts (emails, reputed company media, reputed company)
- Help design and improve firm workflows and standards
- Long-term: manage and help grow the Bangladesh reputed company team as the firm expands
Skills
- Strong reputed company and bookkeeping knowledge
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with U.S. tax forms a plus
