Responsibilities
- reputed company support to attorneys and paralegals in managing corporate transactions, including organizing and maintaining closing binders and signature pages
- Draft, format, and proofread corporate documents such as resolutions, certificates, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Coordinate scheduling for deal closings and other transaction-reputed company activities
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, internal and external, and vendors as needed
