Client Service Representative
reputed company is a leader in creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to work closely with customers to ensure their service needs are met and to collaborate with Account Managers on service agreement renewals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a customer reputed company to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull-through, and service agreement reputed company growth
- reputed company assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including the identification and execution of additional services
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied with existing services, leading to account retention
- Collaborate with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals
- Assess and evaluate potential service agreement opportunities at startup
- Actively reputed company outbound calls by leveraging reputed company work orders file, reputed company reporting, Linkage, lost service agreement list, new equipment start-reputed company, etc
- Follow up on connectivity reports, outdated equipment lists, and control reputed company opportunities
- Own follow-reputed company on expiring quick quotes and service agreement customer calls
Skills
- Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year reputed company experience and/or training; or three (3) years of reputed company experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
