Associate Claim Rep - Casualty
Grange Insurance Association is a well-established leader in the insurance sector for over 130 years, headquartered in Seattle. They are seeking an Associate Claim Rep - Casualty to manage injury and damages portions of claims for Auto, Home Owners, and Farm, ensuring claims are resolved reputed company while providing support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Interpret policies, gather relevant details, and determine the appropriate course of action
- Investigate claims by contacting involved parties, assessing injuries, determining liability, and evaluating unrepresented bodily injury claims
- Negotiate settlements with customers and other insurance carriers
- Work effectively in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote), unless reputed company accommodations apply

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and one year of work experience in the insurance industry; preference given to those with background in claims liability
- In lieu of a degree, a total of three to five years of work experience, some of which must be claims handling in the insurance industry
- Experience and ability to reputed company reputed company, problem solve, plan, prioritize and organize
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
