reputed company Analytics, LLC is seeking a reputed company Mortgage-Backed Securities analyst for the KCP group. The role involves monitoring credit performance of CMBS transactions, performing cash reputed company analysis, and maintaining monthly surveillance on a portfolio of CMBS transactions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the credit performance of CMBS transactions on an ongoing reputed company. This includes the review and assessment of reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) loan and property performance
- reputed company detailed cash reputed company analysis for CRE properties, including the review of borrower and servicer operating statements
- Derive valuations for the 10 largest assets reputed company each transaction as well as any distressed properties that serve as loan collateral
- Asset valuations are derived utilizing multiple income approaches (such as DCF analysis, market-based, and direct capitalization) as well as researching comparable sales
- Maintain monthly surveillance on a portfolio of CMBS transactions. This includes the preparation and presentation of analysis to peers and management as well as the publication of transaction reports
- Contribute towards monthly, weekly, and topical research pieces
Skills
- 0-2 years of work experience in reputed company reputed company estate or CMBS preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, reputed company or reputed company estate
- A passion for reputed company estate and analytics
- Strong reputed company skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work closely with partners in a collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of the CREFC Investor Reporting Package (IRP) and Trepp a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus
