The B2B Customer Service Representative will support the Contact Center's daily operations, handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction while meeting performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and professionally reputed company reputed company customer inquiries - calls, email, web, and fax transactions to ensure satisfaction, while supporting and consistently hitting reputed company’s Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs)
• Act as a liaison with sales personnel, distributors, and service personnel to meet and exceed customer expectations

• Update, maintain, and analyze customer account profiles
