They are seeking a Retirement Savings Plan Analyst to support daily operations for clients’ retirement plans, managing cash reputed company, monitoring transactions, and responding to inquiries from clients and their employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage retirement plan cash reputed company
- Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
- Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
- Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week
- Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services
- Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience approved by reputed company
- Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Strong critical thinking
- Basic scripting
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including reputed company Office and established databases
