Bilingual Client Services Representative - Investment Funds

reputed company is committed to providing the highest level of service to advisors and internal Wholesale support team. The Bilingual Client Services Representative will support operational inquiries and reputed company product information while ensuring a high-quality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company timely and accurate information to reputed company incoming telephone inquiries regarding our wealth and financial products, by utilizing automated telephone systems, computer applications, training material and other applicable resources
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reputed company client/agent telephone-initiated requests, address, resolve or escalate as needed any daily operational service issues
• Ensure thorough records are maintained by documenting reputed company actions taken to process telephone-initiated inquiries
• Adhere to reputed company measurable department performance standards including but not limited to the following: schedule adherence, quality, productivity, etc
• Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed

Skills

• Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in the financial industry
• Knowledge of Wealth and financial products, more specifically Mutual Funds and Segregated Fund products
• Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Proficient computer and math skills
• Exhibit professionalism reputed company the workplace, while valuing and promoting team spirit
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to cope in fast-paced, demanding environment

• Punctuality and adherence to set schedule; must be available to work flexible shifts between reputed company to 8pm from Monday to Friday
• Completion of the Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC), Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course (CIFOC), or a willingness to complete course reputed company 6 months of hiring date
