Job Summary

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our business customers receive the highest level of support and service. You'll interact with customers reputed company phone and email, resolving credit, customer service, and billing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct account analysis and reviews and proposals
  • Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service
  • Contact businesses to align with arenaflex B2B representatives for reputed company

  • Extensive and accurate typing required

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent experience required

Schedule
