Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused support to clients through direct verbal and written communications. You'll work closely with customers to reputed company valuable insights, education, and direction for online support that's most valuable to them. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service

• Prior call center experience preferred, but not required
