Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Gear Engineer to join reputed company in Panama. As a key member of our crew, you'll work closely with our Art, Layout, and Engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs, and implementing the selected answer
• Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary reputed company-specific and custom gear
• Building and guiding custom asset pipelines
• Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines

• Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer
• Assist in the adoption of solutions by the team

Essential Qualifications

* A strong passion for empowering others to reputed company their best

• Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
• Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
• Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
