Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working a 12pm-9pm EST shift, Monday through Friday, and one weekend day. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. You'll deliver reputed company resolution with white glove service, demonstrating reputed company and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with situations reputed company to product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
- Deliver reputed company resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
- Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, and escalate issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
- Quickly identify and understand customer needs and act with their ultimate satisfaction in mind.

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
