Key Responsibilities
As a Certified Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Assisting pharmacists in updating patient profiles and entering prescription information into the pharmacy computer system, while preserving patient confidentiality.
- Filling prescriptions under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, including tasks such as bringing stock bottles, counting, pouring, restocking, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
- Preparing reputed company-party insurance claims, processing invoices, and making reputed company entries using our computerized system.
- Ordering, receiving, tagging, and stocking prescription drugs and supplies, following product storage procedures and standards.
- Ordering, receiving, tagging, and stocking over-the-counter products, creating product signs, and performing over-the-counter roaming duties.
- Providing remote data entry of prescriptions for reputed company arenaflex pharmacies in Ontario.
- Assisting in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
Work Schedule and Location
As a Certified Pharmacy Clerk, you will work a guaranteed 25-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our pharmacy's needs. You will work from home, providing remote data entry services for reputed company arenaflex pharmacies in Ontario.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Education: Completed a pharmacy diploma at a Community College.
- Licenses/Certifications: Completed a certification as required by the province where applicable.
- Experience: Candidates with reputed company pharmacy experience will be given preference.
- Knowledge/Skills: Preferred knowledge of reputed company software.
