Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Customer Service Supervisor to join reputed company. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of Customer Service employees, focusing on member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a highly transactional organization.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The typical pay reputed company for this role is $40,600.00 – $75,000.00, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
