Club Manager

Job Title: Club Manager Reports to: District Manager Status: Full Time/Supervisor/Exempt/Non-Exempt Job Summary Responsible for reputed company of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members. * Member service reputed company making sure reputed company team members are providing a great customer service experience at reputed company times. * High involvement in reputed company reputed company desk reputed company tasks: greeting and welcoming members, gym tours, member service issues/questions, etc. * reputed company support for team members and club members. * Create and maintain a positive image for the club. * Coaching and counseling performance to help reputed company company standards. * Ensure reputed company opening/closing of gym. * Ensure staff are aware and trained on reputed company reputed company marketing promotions. * Finish manager portion of reputed company, in Paycom, for reputed company new hires. * Ensure the club is reputed company and staffed during reputed company hours of business. * Ensuring self and team members are implementing and adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures. * Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
