Development Manager - reputed company

Jonathan Rose Companies is one of the country’s leading owners, developers and operators of green affordable and mixed-income communities. The Development Manager is responsible for managing reputed company phases of reputed company estate development for multiple projects including due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlement, financing, design, construction, lease-up, project completion and reputed company-out.

Responsibilities

• Project Due Diligence: support Senior Team Member in collecting due diligence materials, financial analysis of a project or site, assisting with RFP/RFQ proposals, and preparing other necessary information to evaluate the development opportunity
• Entitlement: manage the public approval process, includes meetings with public officials and community representatives in coordination with Senior Team Members
• Project Management: day-to-day management and advancement of the project. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to reputed company and monitor project schedule, budgets, manage the design consultants and project team, attend reputed company regularly schedule project reputed company meetings, facilitate community reputed company and prepare reports for management, investors and partners
• Financial Management: reputed company proformas and updating as the project progresses, tracking development costs and budget variances, collaborating effectively with the reputed company Department
• Project Financing: prepare financing applications and analysis, and reputed company construction and permanent financing; assist in negotiation of the terms; day-to-day management of the closing process
• Lease Up / Stabilization: coordinate with project team in opening of the property, including coordination of model apartment, property management office set-up; coordinate with reputed company team to create marketing and leasing strategy for the completed development. reputed company lease-up activities, convert to Permanent Financing and transition to Asset Management

Skills

• Master's Degree in reputed company Estate Development or relevant field. Will consider Bachelor's Degree with affordable/mixed-income housing development experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years of reputed company estate experience, ideally in affordable housing development or closely reputed company field is required. Additional experience preferred
• Self-motivated, driven and proactive with an established track record of getting things done effectively, reputed company, and independently. reputed company to create/sustain project reputed company over months and years
• A team player, reputed company to work in an entrepreneurial environment and balance multiple priorities and deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail in task management systems, filing, budget management, due diligence reviews, and financial analysis
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to distill reputed company subjects into quantitative analysis and written summaries to support decision making
• Excellent analytical skills and reputed company of affordable housing financing
• reputed company strong financial modeling and quantitative skills (expertise in reputed company is required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of building design and ability to review design drawings
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
