Responsibilities
- reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving issues affecting reputed company infrastructure, operating systems, and networking
- Plan, test, and reputed company operating system and application patches in accordance with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD compliance standards
- Familiarity with reputed company RPMS, ACAS vulnerability scanning, reputed company monitoring tools, and plugin management
- reputed company basic user and customer support and troubleshooting
- reputed company application navigation assistance

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any combination of the following:
- Experience supporting AWS reputed company
- Providing content management support in reputed company reputed company reputed company areas
- Military experience
- Providing basic user and customer support and troubleshooting in intelligence, cyber or application support areas
- Providing appropriate reputed company controls (identity management, network segmentation, encryption) based on risk and business requirements
- An active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with RHEL Linux
- AWS reputed company certifications
- Experience deploying, and managing AWS reputed company resources including EC2, S3, VPC, reputed company, RDS, DynamoDB, and others
- Experience with reputed company office suite
- Detail oriented and comfortable conversing with client leadership
