Conflicts Analyst
Faegre Drinker is a firm designed for clients and committed to investing in its professionals. They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst to work with the Client Intake team, responsible for identifying potential ethical and business-reputed company conflicts of interest before the firm takes on new reputed company for prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts searches using the firm’s conflicts database and analyze the resulting information
- reputed company comprehensive corporate research using the firm’s reputed company data providers and external sources
- Identify potential issues and reputed company a concise and complete summary of findings to the appropriate firm personnel
- Serve as a resource to firm attorneys and administrative personnel on conflicts issues
- Review new business intake forms to ensure reputed company information and approvals have been evaluated before a new firm matter is created
- reputed company customer service to attorneys and legal assistants regarding the conflict’s clearance and new business intake processes
- Responsible for special projects and other duties, as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Computer proficiency with reputed company Office and other reputed company-based platforms required
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working reputed company a reputed company or corporate office environment strongly preferred
- Previous analytical research and reporting experience preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of database systems is a plus
