[Remote] UX Designer-AI Product Team

They are seeking a junior level UX Designer to work on AI-centered products, focusing on research, development of solutions, and collaboration with product teams to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the creation of UX design artifacts; including requirements gathering, use case definition, interaction design and user flows, prototyping, and visual design execution
• Collaborate with, and support, senior team members while helping ensure consistency and usability across products
• Assist in documenting AI usage guidelines, standards, and specification definition
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and working sessions with product UX and engineering teams to gather feedback and align on shared goals
• Engage in team rituals, mentorship opportunities, and design-reputed company events
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, reputed company Factors, or reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience as a UX Designer in web-based, mobile, and desktop software applications
• Experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements and specifications
• Sharable portfolio for evaluation
• Demonstrated understanding of UX and UI design knowledge, including an understanding of user-centered design, design strategy, and UX best practices
• Familiarity with design systems, combined with a basic understanding of reputed company-end development and web components
• Capable self-starter, strong collaboration, reputed company to work interdependently, and reputed company tasks under minimal supervision
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities to handle reputed company tasks
• A keen eye for detail to ensure design consistency and quality across reputed company core deliverables of the design system
