Responsibilities
- You will draft, negotiate and review a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company
- You will work with the sales team to review, revise and negotiate sales agreements in reputed company.com and will assist with contract workflow
- You will assist the team in reputed company party dispute resolution and managing litigation reputed company

Skills
- JD from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
- Admitted to Colorado or be bar licensed in another state in good standing
- 0-3 years of reputed company and/or in-house experience
- Has experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company agreements including but not limited to software licensing, SaaS, vendor/procurement or sales/service agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
- Has familiarity with laws relevant to the sale and marketing of software including with respect to licensing, data protection/privacy, and intellectual property
- Possesses a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
- Is extremely detail oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle multiple, competing workloads with changing priorities to meet necessary deadlines
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort using technology, including AI, preferred
